Where appropriate we will provide standardised personality metrics based on the MBTI system, and advise on their application to any assignment.

For candidates: your details will be held in the strictest confidence.  We recognise the sensitive nature of being known in your industry as a candidate and undertake always to confirm with you before providing your name to any prospective employer.

We also offer our expertise in MBTI profiling to candidates who feel they would benefit from a review of appropriate career choices.
