We never introduce a candidate without first interviewing him or her ourselves. Whilst we do have the experience to introduce an exceptional candidate where appropriate, in general we introduce only candidates who we have pre-screened as a realistic fit for an open position.
Where appropriate we will provide standardised personality metrics based on the MBTI system, and advise on their application to any assignment.
For candidates: your details will be held in the strictest confidence. We recognise the sensitive nature of being known in your industry as a candidate and undertake always to confirm with you before providing your name to any prospective employer.
We also offer our expertise in MBTI profiling to candidates who feel they would benefit from a review of appropriate career choices.
